The Adblue Emulator

Nowadays, Adblue emulators are popular on e-business markets. This is an auto parts that is installed with SCR system. The emulator launches signal to sensor of SCR system, and control panel of truck will not provide feedback for warning of Adblue. This auto part is able to fix the power and speed limitation due to lack of Adblue, but the SCR system is still working without Adblue solution. It is damaging the SCR System.

Adblue Crystalization

Adblue Crystalization is type of failure of SCR system. A huge and stiff solid is appeared in SCR system and vent-pipe. The main reason is that bad quality Adblue solution is utilized and not being consumed by SCR system. In scientific terms, Adblue Crystalization is caused that water content of solution is evaporated instead of chemical reaction. The mist of AdBlue solution will convert to ammonia gas in a condition of high temperature. There are four main reasons that causing AdBlue Crystalization are.

1. Cheap and nasty diesel fuel or Adblue solution is utilized. It causes low efficiency of SCR system working.

2. SCR filter element is not maintained periodically. Adblue solution is not able to go through the filter to reach vent-pipe.

3. Long term driving without using Adblue Urea Solution.
