Urea Tank on Truck

2019-12-27 15:54:33

Urea tanks is the storage tanks for urea solution, which contain urea solutions and are mainly used in trucks and buses. The emissions have reached the national IV standard after the vehicle exhaust passes through the urea tank .Usually the tank with the working temperature range from40 to + 85 ℃ and volume range from 10L to 80L.

Material and structure:  the tank is made of high-density polyethylene material that is resistant to urea corrosion. It is a high-strength container that meets certain volume requirements, has a temperature and liquid level measuring device as well as a certain tightness

Process characteristics:  The tank body is integrally formed using a rotomolding process, which is sturdy and durable, black or white and meets the requirements of safety. The accessory materials are reasonably selected and meet the design requirements of the SCR system.

Accessories on the tank:  level sensor, temperature sensor, heating coil inlet and outlet, urea inlet and outlet

Urea AdBlue tank

The national IV and Euro IV emission standards implemented in 2008 require urea aqueous solution in the diesel engine emission reduction system. The urea tank is used to store the urea aqueous solution. In order to reduce NOx emissions of harmful gases in automobiles, SCR selective reduction technology is widely used internationally. The principle of SCR treatment of exhaust gas is to use urea aqueous solution to react with nitrogen oxides NOX to generate pollution-free nitrogen and water.
