How do you store AdBlue?
AdBlue should ideally be stored within a temperature range between 0 and 30°C, and kept protected from direct sunlight. It should be properly sealed when it is not being used. It is possible for AdBlue to freeze at -11°C, so it is important that you use a storage area that is not below this temperature.
Can AdBlue be stored once opened?
ONLY use dedicated AdBlue equipment for storage and dispensing. Store the AdBlue® below 30ºC to maintain the shelf life of 12 months. Store the AdBlue® above -11ºC in order to keep the product in liquid form.
How long does AdBlue last in storage?
When kept in optimum condition (in a sealed container kept between -6°C and 25°C) AdBlue® can be stored for between 12 and 18 months. If stored in a vented container or above 25°C then the shelf-life may be around 6 months.
Does AdBlue deteriorate?
Although AdBlue naturally degrades over time, it can last up to one year.
