Must-Have Products for Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles--AdBlue®

2023-07-21 16:25:30
Domestic AdBlue® is mainly purified from industrial urea, and its main principles are:
1) At a temperature of 70-75°C, urea is hydrolyzed in aqueous solution.
2) When the temperature is below 30°C, urea crystallizes out from the aqueous solution again.
3) With each hydrolysis and crystallization, its purity will be greatly improved. Generally, industrial grade urea is used for hydrolysis and crystallization once to meet the requirements of the urea standard for vehicles, and its output ratio is 1.5:1.

AdBlue® must use first-grade ultrapure water in the electronics industry. As the SCR catalyst carrier is extremely prone to metal ion poisoning and thus loses its catalytic effect, the urea solution for vehicles must use first-class ultra-pure water in the electronics industry (resistivity ≥ 18MΩ?cm). The urea solution for vehicles will start to freeze at -11°C, and it will completely freeze at -20°C in actual use. The current technology is to prevent the solution from solidifying by adding modifiers to reduce the freezing point of the solution and adding heating devices.

The urea solution for vehicles is a solution prepared with high-purity urea and pure water without any other additives. The urea content in the solution is 32.5% (mass fraction). Most heavy-duty diesel engine manufacturers at home and abroad have adopted SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology to meet the requirements of Euro IV and Euro V motor vehicle emission standards. Vehicles that choose SCR technology must add urea solution as a catalytic reducing agent to make the vehicle meet the emission standards.

Applicable to cars, trucks, buses, and buses whose diesel engines meet the National IV emission standards.
