What vehicle need to be refilled with AdBlue® ?

Heavy trucks, buses, tractor and all diesel vehicle with SCR system.

The reason for adding AdBlue® is that the current diesel engine has higher combustion and greater torque than expected. That is to say, it can pull more and run faster with the same amount of oil than before, but the new nitrogen will appear after the AdBlue® is burned at high temperatures.

 The hazards of not using AdBlue® for vehicles include:

1. Damage to the vehicle engine;

2. Damage to the SCR system;

3. Damage to the air.

The function of vehicle urea solution （AdBlue®） is to catalytically reduce the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas into harmless nitrogen and water in the diesel vehicle exhaust selective catalytic reduction system, thereby achieving the effect of energy-saving and environmental protection. It should be noted that if the remaining amount of AdBlue® is less than 20%, vehicle urea must be added as soon as possible, otherwise the system will limit the operation of the engine and exhaust pollution will become more serious. AdBlue® for vehicles is mainly purified from industrial urea.

The main principles are:

1. When the temperature is 70 to 75 degrees Celsius, urea is hydrolyzed in the aqueous solution; 

2. When the temperature is below 30 degrees Celsius, urea re-crystallizes out of the aqueous solution; Every time it is hydrolyzed and crystallized, the purity will be greatly improved.

Through the intelligent control of the SCR system, when the urea solution in the storage tank of the mixer truck is insufficient, the car will not start. In order to ensure the normal driving of the vehicle, sufficient urea solution should be prepared.
