The  SCR/Urea Solution is aimed to apply the stricter emission regulations for Vehicles or heavy machineries with diesel engines. The particulate matter and nitric oxide are the main sources of pollution coming out from the exhaust system, and there are two main after treatment technics worldwide, the SCR and the EGR+DEF. The SCR is mainly used in Euro and Asia, but also the US since 2010. As a reducing agent for the SCR system, the SCR/Urea Solution and its manufacturing had formed a brand new industry, which has its complete supply/service chain, therefore many countries worldwide had set the specification and procedure for SCR/Urea Solution. 

SCR is the abbreviation of Selective Catalytic Reduction; it is suitable for the SCR device installed on trucks, buses, heavy machinery and other vehicles. It is tested and approved by the market to be the most economical way to reduce the nitric oxide. The SCR technic includes the catalyst, injector, tank and inject controller. The urea reacts with water when heated to form ammonia, and later reacts with nitric oxide to form the environmental friendly elements, i.e. nitrogen and water. The consumption of diesel can also be reduced with this particular technic.

The SCR/Urea Solution is compounded with urea(32.5%) and  purified water(67.5%) , it is unexplosive, nonflammable, environmental friendly liquid, suitable for all Euro IV and Euro V SCR system. It is classified as non-dangerous goods, a transportable liquid with minimum risk. Filling SCR Solution is as easy as refueling petrol in the gas station, and it can be easily wash away when spill.
