Product background

In recent years, haze pollution has occurred in many parts of my country, and the cause of haze weather is the average of 20% to 25% of motor vehicle exhaust emissions. The annual national motor vehicle emissions reach 57 million tons, including nitrogen oxides, Monoxide and particulate matter, of which nitrogen oxides and particulate matter emitted by automobiles exceed 85%, and hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide exceed 70%.
In addition, heavy-duty diesel vehicles, which account for less than 20 percent of car ownership, emit around 60 percent of nitrogen oxides. For the treatment of vehicle exhaust emissions, in addition to accelerating the upgrading of the quality of refined oil products, the state has also proposed the National IV standard for diesel vehicles. Therefore, it is even more required to actively promote and adopt the advanced technology of post-emission treatment - SCR system.

The birth of the product

As the environmental protection departments of various countries propose to further reduce the nitrogen oxide pollutants emitted by diesel engines. It is commonly known as the Euro IV standard in China.
Engine manufacturers began to use SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction Technology) to meet the requirements of environmental protection departments. Targeted technical research on the reducing agent required by the SCR emission post-treatment technology has resulted in the birth of a high-quality standard vehicle urea solution.

Features

The qualified urea solution is NOX synthesized with 32.5% ultra-purity urea and pure water, which is suitable for all SCR systems of diesel engines with Euro IV and Euro V emissions.
The vehicle urea solution is converted into nitrogen, oxygen and water through the selective catalytic reduction reaction with NOX products, thereby reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides; 100L of diesel requires 4L of vehicle urea solution.

Development status

The SCR system includes a urea tank (loaded with diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid) and an SCR catalytic reaction tank. The operation process of the SCR system is: when nitrogen oxides are found in the exhaust pipe, the urea tank automatically sprays the diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid, and the diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid and nitrogen oxides undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction in the SCR catalytic reaction tank, generating no Contaminated nitrogen and water vapor are discharged.
If the diesel exhaust treatment fluid is not loaded, or the purity is insufficient, or the quality is inferior, the vehicle engine will automatically decelerate. At the same time, the diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid of inferior quality will contaminate the catalyst in the SCR catalytic reaction tank, causing serious consequences.
