DIN 70070 is one of the quality standard of AdBlue which refer to Diesel engines - NOx-Reduction agent AUS 32 - Quality requirements from German-german Institute for Standardization (Called as DE-DIN).
It is an odorless, colorless transparent solution synthesized from 32.5% industrial urea and 67.5% deionized water. Used in modern exhaust pollution control systems, referred to as SCR systems (selective catalyst converters), nitrogen oxides (NOx) acting on the exhaust emissions of diesel engine vehicles; The catalyst reducing agent (AdBlue solution for eco-friendly vehicles) is stored in a dedicated storage barrel, combined with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas, and then reduced to naturally harmless nitrogen and water to meet the Euro IV&V&VI exhaust emission standard.
